AVCOE wins ‘Digital India Week’Award.





In the present era of Science & Development, electronic science plays a huge role. In the current scenario, the students of Electronics and Telecommunications of AVCOE resolve to carry out more researches and inventions as inspired by Prof. Ashok Sohoni.


The idea of “Digital India”of the PMO has inspired them to celebrate “Digital India Week”. This event saw the onset of many a competitions. AVCOE, Sangamner won the first prize in it. Under the guidance of Ex-Revenue Minister of Maharashtra, MLA Balasaheb Thorat and MLA Dr. Sudheer Ji Tambe, AVCOE won this prestigious award on a National Level.


The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. D.B. Patil and the Principal of AVCOE Dr. G.J. Vikhe Patil, overlooked various workshops, competitions and seminars. Following the same course, in the month of July, ‘Digital India Week’was organized. It was held by Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineers (IETE), Nasik Division. The students of AVCOE’s Electronics and Telecommunications Department showcased a seminar through video presentation.



The award ceremony was conducted by the Chief Guest Prof. Ashok Soni. The ceremony was also presided over by the Space Educator of NASA, Ms. Apurva Jakhadi; Principal of K.K. Wagh College, Dr. Keshav Nandurkar; HOD, Electronics and Telecommunications Department Prof. Rekha Labade, Prof. Ramesh Pawase, Prof. Satish Aaher and the students were present
