How to register to MEDHA 2018

AVCOE’s biggest cultural fest: MEDHA 2018 is almost here! There sure is a charged atmosphere in the campus as the festival approaches even closer.

Participants have begun rehearsing their performances. Enthusiasts who are not AVCOEians can still participate and be a part of this exciting event and can participate in Singing, Dancing, Fashion Show and Musical Drama! These 4 competitions are open for all and everybody for participation! The end date of registrations for these activities is 26th December 2017.

Following are the terms and conditions of the cultural events.

Terms and Conditions:

1. To participate in the competitions you need to submit following things:

• Affirmation letter from your school/college
• A soft copy of your performance (CD Track)
• I.D. Card of your school/college

2. Final day of affirmation of your performances: 28th December 2017

3. Only the performances specifically chosen (on 28th December 2017) will be allowed to participate.

4. The selected performances will have to perform on the main stage on 6th January 2018.

5. The winning group will be awarded with the trophy + the cash prize + certificates.

6. Decisions regarding any changes in the rules and regulations of the competitions lay only with the organizers of the events.

Participants are requested to read and follow the rules mentioned above in order to ensure smooth functioning of the cultural fest. Make sure your group registers before the end date of registrations!
